LT AUTO TRANSFORMERS

An auto transformer has a single tapped winding with
a direct electrical connection between the input and
output, therefore cannot provide isolation. AUTO TRANSFORMERS
Auto transformers usually have size & cost advantages
over double wound transformers where input -output
isolation is not required, however these advantages are
reduced with wider input - output differences.
The following information is a guide of the styles
available, however a wide range of styles are available
dependent upon specific requirements.
AUTO TRANSFORMERS
May be step up or step down.
May be single, two or three phase.
Physical size dependent upon final specification.
All transformers fully RoHS compliant.
All tested in accordance with BS 3535 and EN 60742.
